## Where your sheets live

Sheets are Markdown files in a folder you can open in Finder. They are not stored inside the app.

- **iCloud Drive** — Finder: iCloud Drive/Wrytr
- **Choose Folder** — any folder you pick, including Documents, Dropbox, or OneDrive

Change this anytime in Wrytr → Settings. Reveal in Finder is ⌘⇧O.

The search index stays on this Mac. It is not your writing folder.

## Common questions

**I cannot find my sheets.**  
Use Reveal in Finder (⌘⇧O), or open Settings and check the current folder.

**Does Wrytr need an account?**  
No. There is no login. Your writing stays in those files.

**How do I back up?**  
Copy the folder in Finder, or use Save a Copy… / Quick Backup in the app.

**Billing or refunds**  
Mac App Store purchases go through Apple. Use Report a Problem or App Store → Account → Purchase History.
